As the owner of Lawrence Prentice Academy and Playlearn Academy, she creates transformative educational experiences, focusing on academic excellence, character growth, and innovative learning.

Agbanyero’s leadership extends to Playlearn Academy, where she has served as owner since September 1999. For over 24 years, she has guided the strategic direction of this elementary school in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. Lawrence Prentice Academy

Since September 2016, Agbanyero has been at the helm of Lawrence Prentice Academy, a secondary school in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. Over her 7-year tenure, she has been dedicated to shaping future leaders through a holistic educational approach. Her leadership at the academy prioritizes strong academics, character development, and the use of innovative teaching methods.

Aunty Abby Consult is Aunty Abby’s personalized approach to shaping education. Originating from her school’s comprehensive teacher training program, it has become a sought-after institution. Agbanyero’s work as a curriculum consultant in the United States further highlights her expertise. At the Children’s Defense Fund, she spent nearly 12 years developing curriculum, training coordinators, and overseeing the National Freedom School program. This role showcases her skills in curriculum design, training coordination, and educational consulting.
